1. Definitions
- Customer: The individual who purchases goods from Torsha Sport.
- Goods: The items sold by Torsha Sport via its online store / physical outlet.
- Purchase Date: The date on which the Customer receives or takes delivery of the goods.
- Defective Goods: Goods which are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- Non-Returnable Goods: Goods that by their nature cannot be returned or resold (e.g., customised items where applicable).
2. Eligibility for Return or Refund
2.1 Returns and refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- The Customer must notify Torsha Sport of any claim for return/refund within [7 days] of the Purchase Date.
- Goods must be unused, in original condition, with original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
- Goods must have been purchased from Torsha Sport through authorised channels.
2.2 Goods customised by the Customer, or marked as “non-returnable” in the product description, are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law.
2.3 If the Goods are defective, damaged, or not as described (wrong size/colour/design), the Customer shall notify Torsha Sport within [● hours/days] of taking delivery and Torsha Sport will arrange for return, exchange or refund in accordance with clause 4.
3. Refund Process
3.1 On acceptance of a valid refund request, Torsha Sport will credit the refund amount to the original method of payment within [x-] working days of receipt of the returned goods (or upon approval if no return needed).
3.2 Shipping/handling charges, if any, paid by the Customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to Torsha Sport’s error or defect in the Goods.
3.3 Torsha Sport reserves the right to deduct from the refund any reasonable cost incurred due to damage, use or missing accessories in returned Goods.
4. Exchange / Replacement
4.1 If Goods are defective or incorrect, Torsha Sport will, at its discretion:
- Provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability); or
- Offer a refund as per clause 3.
4.2 If the Customer seeks an exchange for reasons other than defect (e.g., wrong size/colour) and it is accepted, any price difference (higher or lower) shall be borne by the Customer.
4.3 The Customer must return the Goods as per instructions given by Torsha Sport and in accordance with clause 2.
5. Cancellation of Order
5.1 An order may be cancelled by the Customer only if the Goods have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatch has occurred, cancellation is subject to the normal return/refund process.
5.2 Where Torsha Sport cancels the order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing error or fraud detection), the Customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid (excluding any bank/transaction charges borne by the Customer).
6. Limitation & Liability
6.1 Torsha Sport’s liability to the Customer under this policy is strictly limited to the value of the Goods paid by the Customer. Torsha Sport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss.
6.2 This policy does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.
7. Amendments
Torsha Sport may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on its website. The revised policy will apply from the effective date stated therein and will not affect returns/ refunds already accepted under previous policy terms.
