2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders received after 5 PM IST are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details.

Note: During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted logistics providers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 may apply.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional handling fee of ₹99.

All charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your order on our website by visiting the “Track Order” section and entering your order ID.


6. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period:

  1. Check the tracking details for the latest update.
  2. Contact the courier partner directly (using the tracking ID).

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing an order.
Torsha Sport is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery, and

We will initiate a replacement or refund process as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Torsha Sport ships only within India.
